enhanced learning and distance education are two of the fastest growing and
most exciting areas in education delivery and professional training today. The
Human and Technology Development Foundation (HDF) invite you to participate in
the ICT-Learn 2007 International Conference: 'Learning Anytime ...
Anywhere'. Your organization or

We anticipate that the
Conference will draw approximately 500 participants of which 100 are from
across Middle East and internationally. Our members, delegates and presenters
are the innovators, decision-makers and leaders in distance education, using
